Procedure for Purchasing Goods in the TED Group Online Store

  1. Placing an Order After selecting the desired product, click the “Add to Cart” button — the product will be added to your shopping cart.If you have finished selecting items, click the “Your Cart” button. The cart page will display all the items you have added. In the “Quantity” field, you can change the number of products you wish to purchase. After adjusting the quantity, click the “Recalculate” button to update the total order amount.The minimum order amount in the TED Group online store is 5,000 euros (197,000 TL).
  2. Order Confirmation After entering the delivery details (recipient’s full name, address, contact information, and delivery method), click the “Place Order” button. A copy of the order will be sent to your email provided during checkout. Important! Incorrect phone numbers or inaccurate addresses may cause delays! Please carefully check your details when registering and placing an order. After receiving your order, our manager will contact you to confirm the details, timing, and delivery terms.Note: For regular customers, there is a registration option on the store’s website. In your account, you can view the contents of your cart, your order history, and also repeat or cancel an order.
  3. Payment After confirming the delivery terms with our manager, you will be issued an invoice for payment. The payment commission is set by the bank.
  4. Delivery Delivery is carried out by a transport company to the customer’s warehouse.
